Two Months
It's been two months to the day since Lys's Surgery. The petty annoying time consumers in our life (Work, Scarborough Faire) have kept us from having the time to take Measurements and the like. But, as today is her two month anniversary, we made the time to do it.
Since the last post on the website, some interesting things have happened. Lys's weight and Calf Measurments have gone up. Our hope is that as she's been able to become more physically active, she added some muscle mass. As I was measuring her calves, they felt very solid, which provides some support for this theory.
Category Measurement Change from Pre-Op Weight: 380.8# -39.5# Chest: 55 in. -3 1/2 in. Waist: 57 in. -4 3/4 in. Hips: 72 in. -5 1/4 in. Bicep: 15 3/4 in. -2 3/8 in. Thigh: 35 1/2 in. -3 in. Calf: 21 1/2 in. -1 3/4 in.

WOOT!!! Wow - that is AWESOME....just a hair shy of 40 lbs.!! Now THAT is celebration worthy... but heck, you were "celebration worthy" long before you took your health into your own hands & decided to wring it out!
*Hug & Congrats!*
