Just the Fax, Ma'am
So...the surgeon's office just called. The insurance coordinator says she
JUST faxed the information over to Aetna and called to confirm that the
pre-determination rep got it. She says that Tracy received it and is
reviewing it, but is concerned that there aren't more weigh-ins. *rolls
eyes* I've got 30 years of weigh-ins...do they REALLY think that the prior 6
months will be THAT different from the previous 30 years? *le sigh*
Anyway, it's in. Now we wait for Aetna. If they say I need more weigh-ins, I
swear I'm going to beg my doctor to fake notes. She won't, I know, but I'll
beg anyway. And then I'll remain fat for another 6 months while we jump
through more hoops.
Gee...think I'm feeling a bit cynical?
Wait and see, again.
