The Alternative
Surgery news: I have found that there is a second doctor in Dallas that my
insurance will pay for! And he wants $1200 LESS than the surgeon I'm
currently with. A co-worker who is also having the surgery has been asking
around, she has friends who work in various hospitals, and apparently this
2nd doctor is one of the BEST. I am thinking of calling his office, but I'm
waiting to hear back from my General Practitioner's office. They were
supposed to call Dr. D's office and find out if there's anything more I need
or if the letter will suffice. If the answer isn't favorable, I'll be
calling Dr. R's office today and getting myself set up as a potential
patient. I'm tired of Dr. D's Program Director's attitude. And yes, if I do
switch, I WILL be letting Dr. D know WHY I'm switching!
