Does anybody ever actually do what they say they'll do?
Surgery Update: Despite what I was told last week, the letter STILL has not
gone to the insurance company. I know, what a shock. Told insurance
coordinator to fax me confirmation when she finally faxes it to Aetna. She
said she would work on it yesterday. No fax yet. Yet another surprise. I
think I'm gonna DIE from not-surprise. Tired of this BS. Want the damned
thing approved already so I can schedule it. Frustrated!!!!!!!
