Decision
YAY! According to Dr. Edmonson there is no sign of any coronary disease. There is a slight enlargement of the left side of the heart, but that's not a problem. He says just to be careful of my blood pressure, and that the shortness of breath is probably just stress related.
Since my blood pressure is always normal when it's checked, I'm not overly worried.
The good thing is that these tests are the same ones that I'll need in my records for the gastric bypass. So, that's out of the way. Now to call my primary physician and set up an appointment to talk to her about getting the process started.
Good news leading to extreme nervousness...if I'm going to do this, it's getting closer and closer.
If I do it, though, it will probably happen after faire. I kind of wanted to do it before faire, to get a head start on the exercise end of it all. Nothing like faire for getting a good workout. My concern, though, is that I wouldn't be able to get enough water at faire if I do the operation beforehand. So...hopefully I'll just use faire to give me a head start on the weight loss instead.
Have I mentioned that I'm starting to get nervous?
But there's no sign of coronary problems! YAY!
